Returning to Tokyo, IPBC Asia 2019 is set to be the largest yet – building on the phenomenal success of the event since its launch in 2013. Hosted this year at the Palace Hotel on 28 to 30 October 2019. 

The packed fully bilingual programme (with simultaneous Japanese-English translations) will include:
