We understand the opportunities and risks that businesses face and know how to prepare for them. With a deep knowledge of Brazil's complex environment, we combine cutting-edge technical and litigation expertise with real-world business experience to deliver tailor-made and proactive legal services that fit clients’ unique goals.

At the same time, breaches of sensitive electronic information can expose companies to the risk of identity, IP and trade secret theft. Daniel's data protection and cybersecurity team is uniquely qualified to guide clients through this challenging landscape. Our interdisciplinary team advises businesses on the implementation of security and data protection policies, compliance with applicable laws and litigation strategies for non-compliance.
