Fabio Riva is Anheuser-Busch InBev's Global Head of IP and provides legal support to its global marketing teams. He joined AB InBev in 2008 and held various positions in legal and compliance in Latin America before being appointed to his current position in Belgium. In private practice, Mr Riva worked as an Associate Attorney at Dannemann Siemsen and Lefosse Advogados (both in Sao Paulo), as well as Freshfields in Brussels and Gibson Dunn in New York.

Mr Riva has a JD from the University of Sao Paulo, a master's in international law from the Sorbonne Law School and an LLM from New York University. He is qualified to practise as an attorney in New York state and Brazil.

Dr Morganti has more than 16 years’ experience in management positions in the sales and marketing, IP management and brand protection teams of multinationals in Brazil – including Delphi Automotive, Ford Motor Company and most recently Volkswagen, where he is currently a Brand Protection Consultant. He has also taught marketing-related subjects at both the undergraduate and graduate level at Mackenzie University and Santa Cecília University.
