Travel and visa arrangements

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. It is recommended that you check the visa requirements with your local embassy or consulate. Please allow enough time for the relevant procedures.

We are unable to dispatch invitation letters to support any visa application prior to receipt of your registration form and full payment of your registration fees. Visa invitation letters will be dispatched by email or regular mail.

The organisers will not accept liability for non-approval of visas and any request for a refund of registration fees and/or accommodation deposits paid will be considered under the published terms and conditions.
